Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and refresh campaign details, timelines, and statuses within internal systems.

• Monitor, set up, and initiate client campaigns in accordance with established requirements and timelines.

• Supervise ongoing campaigns to guarantee delivery, peak performance, and effective execution.

• Relay campaign updates, challenges, and requirements to the Development and Customer Success teams.

• Create, assess, and upload both client and internal reports.

• Assist in troubleshooting by pinpointing errors or discrepancies and escalating issues as necessary.

• Convert approved business requirements into technical implementations.

• Proactively recognize and address technical constraints during the implementation and delivery phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

• This is an entry-level position; previous professional experience is not necessary.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
