This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the entire Implementation function β leading a team of Implementation Leads and Specialists, establishing the standards for implementation processes, and ensuring that customer onboarding consistently yields measurable value.
β’ You will generate reports and dashboards that highlight the flow of work and identify bottlenecks, then take action based on your insights.
β’ You will drive your team towards greater standardization β reducing unique approaches and promoting templates and repeatable systems that maintain quality at scale.
β’ In the event of customer issues, you will intervene directly.
β’ You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales β translating insights from implementations into product feedback and coordinating across departments to address cross-functional challenges.
β’ Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Leads and Specialists, with defined objectives and accountability for results.
β’ Develop and sustain reports on plan throughput, QA/QC ratings, milestone accomplishments, and team capacity.
β’ Detect inefficiencies within team operations and promote the adoption of improved, standardized methods.
β’ Act as the escalation point for customer implementations that are at risk β ensuring they are resolved effectively.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to share insights and enhance execution.
β’ 5+ years of experience with BIM software and/or leading implementation or project teams in technology, construction, or homebuilding software.
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing teams and executing complex, fast-paced customer onboarding projects.
β’ A proven history of developing and utilizing team performance metrics β such as throughput, quality, and efficiency β to drive tangible improvements.
β’ Practical knowledge of CAD/BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, or similar) and workflows related to homebuilding or construction.
β’ Strong ability to identify inefficiencies and the determination to implement effective solutions.
β’ A proactive mindset and a readiness to question established practices.
