Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide a seamless onboarding experience for all new customers in the UK by overseeing a team of Onboarding Success Managers.

• Cultivate a high-performing team by mentoring and developing team members, promoting a customer-centric culture.

• Actively advocate for onboarding initiatives throughout the organization.

• Design and implement enhancements to the onboarding process, ensuring collaboration with product teams and other regions.

• Work in partnership with various teams to achieve optimal outcomes for customers.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of customer experiences by gathering feedback from onboarded clients.

• Collaborate with system teams to enhance internal performance metrics and customer feedback reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in team leadership and customer onboarding, or a comparable role, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.

• Proven track record in developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building strong internal and external relationships.

• Capable of managing multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously while upholding high standards of quality and attention to detail.

• Experience in change management and facilitating customer adoption of new technologies.

• Strong project management skills, with expertise in tools such as Jira, Hubspot, and LMS platforms or similar systems.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple customer onboarding projects concurrently.

• A problem-solving mindset with the capacity to think strategically and identify innovative solutions.

• Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Slite, Slack).

• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management qualifications are beneficial, though not mandatory.
