Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive implementation projects, overseeing the scope, deliverables, and timelines.

• Collaborate with Fusion teams and client stakeholders to establish objectives and ensure alignment.

• Manage EHR configuration, customization, and data migration.

• Conduct training sessions and promote system adoption.

• Work alongside clinical and IT teams to enhance workflows and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Actively identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects progressing smoothly.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.

• Document advancements, decisions, and configurations for continuity and transparency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare technology.

• Practical experience with EHR implementations, integrations, or healthcare workflow optimization.

• Knowledge of system configuration, data migration, and validation procedures.

• Capability to quickly grasp proprietary configuration logic, data relationships, and workflow dependencies.

• Familiarity with HubSpot.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.

• Knowledge of client success or support tools.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience with API integrations or SQL-based reporting is advantageous.

• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach.

• Willingness and ability to travel to Fusion offices and client locations as necessary.

• Flexible schedule to assist clients and teammates across various regions.
