Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between acquirers and the EPI organization.

• Create a custom implementation strategy.

• Ensure effective collaboration among all stakeholders until the go-live phase.

• Assist new members during the onboarding process.

• Oversee and report on the progress of implementations.

• Monitor and document KPIs, recognizing potential risks and developing mitigation plans.

• Continuously enhance the rollout and onboarding procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project or program management.

• Strong foundation in product management.

• Demonstrated experience in leading IT or technology-oriented development projects.

• Comprehensive technical and business knowledge of payment ecosystems.

• Proficient in English and either French or German.
