Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee implementation projects encompassing planning, design, communication, and execution of defined requirements.

• Develop and utilize customer project plans, identify potential risks, and strategize remediation efforts.

• Maintain both internal and external program documentation.

• Facilitate project calls and discovery workshops with onboarding clients.

• Formulate and implement customer solution strategies that align with company objectives and scope.

• Monitor and convey KPIs across various organizational levels.

• Manage expectations and communication for both internal and external projects.

• Organize customization scoping, documentation, tracking, and invoicing as necessary.

• Ensure application functionality testing in collaboration with the Technical Implementation Specialist.

• Coordinate initial customer implementations and ongoing platform upgrades.

• Supervise technical specialists responsible for platform construction and project-plan execution.

• Uphold project quality control and brightfin delivery standards.

• Build and maintain business relationships with both internal and external teams.

• Coordinate training and lifecycle transition phases.

• Identify business value and align contracted services with customer business goals.

• Capture, document, and communicate opportunities for system or process enhancements.

• Stay updated on brightfin application technical knowledge and industry best practices.

• Ensure tools facilitate optimal operational efficiency in line with brightfin initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Diverse experience as QA/TBA.

• Background in Project Management or Product Implementation.

• Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Detail-oriented with a sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and client focus.

• Team-oriented mindset with a drive to develop and tackle complex tasks.

• Positive demeanor and professional conduct.
