This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Act as the primary liaison for all communications between the client and our team.

• Keep clients informed about website launch timelines and updates on progress.

• Provide clients with best practices regarding processes.

• Take initiative in exploring new functionalities to support the growth of our clients' brands.

• Implement e-commerce websites in accordance with the client's brand guidelines, compliance standards, and marketing schedule.

• Assign tasks to internal IT teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Oversee multiple workstreams across various teams and departments.

• Evaluate websites in both testing and production phases to guarantee all functionalities are responsive.

• Comprehend the client's needs to deliver clear instructions or strategies to internal IT teams.

• Create instructional materials for internal teams when new functionalities are introduced.

• Preferably possesses 2-3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Must collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.

• Quick learner who enjoys innovative problem-solving and process enhancement.

• Willingness to learn new tools relevant to the programs in use (such as new software applications, ADA compliance, etc.).

• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in the face of change.

• Strong time-management skills, including the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Must meet deadlines, manage stress effectively, and prioritize responsibilities appropriately.

• Will gain a distinct understanding of BAMKO’s processes to identify tailored solutions for client inquiries.
