Implementation Lead, Continuous Engineering – MST/PST Timezones

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversees and executes R&D projects in partnership with stakeholders, including Product Managers and Product Owners, taking full responsibility for outcomes.

• Implements projects to achieve goals related to cost, schedule, quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction.

• Manages risks, opportunities, budgets, resources, and project agreements effectively.

• Aligns project goals with R&D strategy, product portfolio, and technology roadmap to ensure business success.

• Facilitates effective stakeholder management, timely decision-making, and escalation of issues as necessary.

• Ensures adherence to architecture, design, quality, safety, security, regulatory, and intellectual property standards.

• Encourages continuous improvement through reuse, collaboration, knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and best practices.

• Fosters cross-functional collaboration within the team and across departments.

• Maintains transparency regarding work items and progress within the team.

• Tracks and reports on project status, budget/spending, and key milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.

• Demonstrated experience managing technology or engineering projects, preferably in a medical device or other regulated environment.

• Proficient in standard business and productivity tools (MS Office suite).

• Strong understanding of engineering workflows, design controls, and structured development processes.

• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with the capability to lead without direct authority.

• Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience in design engineering, service tooling, or hardware product development is highly advantageous.
