Implementation Financial Data Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, prioritize, and implement financial data cleanup initiatives to facilitate a smooth consolidation transition.

• Proactively audit and analyze financial data to detect and rectify any discrepancies and issues that may impede the consolidation process.

• Supervise the transfer of all financial data, assuring timely and accurate migration to adhere to consolidation deadlines.

• Lead the financial data validation process, ensuring precision and consistency across various systems.

• Manage the accounting setup for the target database, focusing on preserving data integrity.

• Complete all post-cutover accounting activities, including final financial reconciliation and closeout.

• Oversee the financial configuration of the target database, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess non-standard policies and exercise independent judgment to facilitate integration and ensure alignment with consolidation objectives.

• Provide necessary support to ensure the consolidation process operates smoothly and effectively.

• Maintain consolidation-related spreadsheets, documents, and data, ensuring they are current and accessible for the team.

• Work closely with the team to ensure all consolidation targets are achieved within the specified time frame, monitoring progress and addressing any obstacles.

• Excellent communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience

• Experience in financial data validation

• Experience in financial reconciliation and closeout
