This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of implementation workstreams from start to finish, encompassing technical scoping, planning, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

• Develop and configure integrations between the platform and agency/customer tools, such as Figma, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, and performance dashboards.

• Assess integration strategies, data mappings, configuration needs, and technical trade-offs, offering informed recommendations.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders throughout the implementation and rollout processes.

• Identify and relay technical risks, obstacles, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively.

• Comprehend customer and agency data environments, workflows, and challenges to create customized onboarding and implementation solutions.

• Assist in developing repeatable implementation playbooks, technical documentation, training materials, and onboarding procedures.

• Mentor junior implementation engineers informally while onboarding them.

• Utilize AI-enabled development tools and workflows for engineering, automation, debugging, and operational tasks.

• Coordinate multi-step AI and agent-driven workflows by selecting appropriate models, tools, and execution strategies.

• Review and enhance AI-assisted outputs to ensure security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural alignment.

• Provide support for prompts, evaluation frameworks, documentation, and operational context systems.

• Contribute to automated evaluation and feedback mechanisms for AI-enabled systems and workflows.

• Keep up to date with platform capabilities, APIs, integration patterns, and AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical delivery, or a similar technical role, preferably within SaaS, data, analytics, or technology sectors.

• Proficient understanding of APIs, data systems, integrations, and cloud-based architectures such as Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent platforms.

• Proven ability to autonomously deliver high-quality technical implementation work on complex projects.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical work, recommendations, and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams within Product, Engineering, and other business or client-facing roles.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and adjusting to rapidly changing requirements and priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a growth-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in using AI-enabled development tools and workflows for engineering, automation, debugging, and operational tasks.

• Experience orchestrating multi-step AI or agent-driven workflows, including the selection of suitable models, tools, and execution patterns.

• Strong judgment in reviewing and enhancing AI-assisted outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural suitability.

• Experience in creating or maintaining prompts, evaluation frameworks, technical documentation, or operational context systems.

• Familiarity with automated evaluation and feedback mechanisms for AI-enabled systems and workflows.

• Must be currently residing in Latin America.
