This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of implementation workstreams from start to finish, including technical scoping, planning, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

• Develop and set up integrations between the platform and tools utilized by agencies and clients, such as Figma, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, and performance dashboards.

• Assess various integration methods, data mappings, configuration needs, and technical trade-offs, offering well-informed recommendations.

• Work together with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders throughout the implementation and rollout processes.

• Identify and communicate potential technical risks, obstacles, dependencies, and trade-offs proactively.

• Gain insight into customer and agency data environments, workflows, and challenges to create customized onboarding and implementation strategies.

• Assist in the development of repeatable implementation playbooks, technical documentation, training resources, and onboarding procedures.

• Support the onboarding process and provide informal mentorship to junior implementation engineers.

• Utilize AI-powered development tools and workflows for engineering, automation, debugging, and operational tasks.

• Coordinate multi-step AI and agent-driven workflows, selecting suitable models, tools, and execution patterns.

• Review and enhance AI-assisted outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural compliance.

• Contribute to prompts, evaluation frameworks, documentation, and operational context systems that enhance engineering speed and reliability.

• Participate in automated evaluation and feedback mechanisms for AI-enabled systems and workflows.

• Stay updated with the latest platform features, APIs, integration strategies, and AI tools to refine implementation methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical delivery, or a similar technical role, preferably in SaaS, data, analytics, or technology settings.

• Proficient understanding of APIs, data systems, integrations, and cloud-based architectures such as Google Cloud, Azure, or comparable platforms.

• Proven capability to independently deliver high-quality technical implementation work on complex projects.

• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical work, recommendations, and reasoning to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, and other business or client-facing roles.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adjust to rapidly changing requirements and priorities.

• Strong analytical skills and a dedication to continuously enhancing technical expertise.

• Comfortable utilizing AI-enabled development tools and workflows for engineering, automation, debugging, and operational tasks.

• Experience in coordinating multi-step AI or agent-driven workflows, including selecting suitable models, tools, and execution methods.

• Sound judgment when reviewing and refining AI-assisted outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural suitability.

• Background in creating or maintaining prompts, evaluation frameworks, technical documentation, or operational context systems.

• Familiarity with automated evaluation and feedback loops for AI-enabled systems and workflows.

• Access to a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

• Currently residing in Latin America.
