Implementation Engineer – Technology Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Take charge of implementation workstreams from start to finish, encompassing technical scoping, planning, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

• Develop and set up integrations between our platform and tools utilized by agencies and clients, including Figma, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, and performance dashboards.

• Assess integration methods, data mappings, configuration needs, and technical trade-offs, offering informed recommendations.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders throughout the implementation and deployment process.

• Identify and communicate technical risks, obstacles, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively.

• Grasp customer and agency data environments, workflows, and challenges to create customized onboarding and implementation solutions.

• Assist in developing repeatable implementation playbooks, technical documentation, training materials, and onboarding procedures.

• Aid in the onboarding process and provide informal mentorship to junior implementation engineers.

• Utilize AI-enabled development tools and workflows for engineering, automation, debugging, and operational tasks.

• Coordinate multi-step AI and agent-driven workflows.

• Evaluate and strengthen AI-assisted outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural compatibility.

• Support prompts, evaluation frameworks, documentation, and systems providing operational context.

• Contribute to automated evaluation and feedback mechanisms for AI-enabled systems and workflows.

• Stay updated with platform capabilities, APIs, integration patterns, and AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical delivery, or a similar technical role, preferably in SaaS, data, analytics, or technology settings.

• Proficient knowledge of APIs, data systems, integrations, and cloud-based architectures such as Google Cloud, Azure, or comparable platforms.

• Proven capability to independently execute high-quality technical implementation tasks on complex projects.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and other business or client-focused roles.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and adjusting to swiftly changing requirements and priorities.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in using AI-enabled development tools and workflows.

• Experience in orchestrating multi-step AI or agent-driven workflows, including model, tool, and execution pattern selection.

• Sound judgment in reviewing and fortifying AI-assisted outputs concerning security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural integrity.

• Experience in creating or maintaining prompts, evaluation frameworks, technical documentation, or operational context systems.

• Familiarity with automated evaluation and feedback processes for AI-enabled systems and workflows.

• Currently residing in Latin America.
