Implementation Engineer – Technology Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of implementation workstreams from inception to completion, encompassing technical scoping, planning, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

• Develop and configure integrations between the platform and various tools such as Figma, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, and performance dashboards.

• Assess integration methodologies, data mappings, configuration needs, and technical trade-offs.

• Work in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders throughout the implementation and rollout process.

• Recognize and communicate technical risks, blockers, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively.

• Gain an understanding of customer and agency data environments, workflows, and challenges to create customized onboarding and implementation solutions.

• Create repeatable implementation playbooks, technical documentation, training materials, and onboarding processes.

• Guide and mentor junior implementation engineers informally during onboarding.

• Utilize AI-enabled development tools and workflows for engineering, automation, debugging, and operational tasks.

• Coordinate multi-step AI and agent-driven workflows.

• Review and strengthen AI-assisted outputs to ensure security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural alignment.

• Provide support for prompts, evaluation frameworks, documentation, and operational context systems.

• Contribute to the creation of automated evaluation and feedback loops for AI-driven systems and workflows.

• Keep informed about platform capabilities, APIs, integration patterns, and AI tooling.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical delivery, or a comparable technical role.

• Proficient understanding of APIs, data systems, integrations, and cloud-based architectures such as Google Cloud, Azure, or similar platforms.

• Capability to independently execute high-quality technical implementation work on complex projects.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and other business or client-facing roles.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to rapidly changing requirements and priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a growth mindset.

• Comfort in utilizing AI-enabled development tools and workflows.

• Experience in orchestrating multi-step AI or agent-driven workflows.

• Sound judgment in reviewing and enhancing AI-assisted outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural fit.

• Background in creating or maintaining prompts, evaluation frameworks, technical documentation, or operational context systems.

• Familiarity with automated evaluation and feedback loops for AI-enabled systems and workflows.

• Reliable internet connection and a laptop are necessary.

• Must currently reside in Latin America.
