Implementation Engineer – Technology Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of implementation workstreams from start to finish, encompassing technical scoping, planning, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

• Develop and configure integrations between the platform and tools utilized by agencies and customers, such as Figma, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, and performance dashboards.

• Assess integration methodologies, data mappings, configuration needs, and technical trade-offs, offering informed recommendations.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders throughout the implementation and deployment process.

• Identify and communicate technical risks, obstacles, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively.

• Gain an understanding of customer and agency data environments, workflows, and challenges to create customized onboarding and implementation solutions.

• Support the development of repeatable implementation playbooks, technical documentation, training resources, and onboarding procedures.

• Assist in onboarding and provide informal mentorship to junior implementation engineers.

• Utilize AI-enabled development tools and agent-driven workflows for engineering, automation, debugging, and operational tasks.

• Coordinate multi-step AI and agent-driven workflows, selecting the most suitable models, tools, and execution patterns.

• Review and enhance AI-assisted outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural compatibility.

• Support prompts, evaluation frameworks, documentation, and operational context systems.

• Contribute to automated evaluation and feedback mechanisms for AI-enabled systems and workflows.

• Keep abreast of platform capabilities, APIs, integration patterns, and AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical delivery, or a similar technical role, preferably in SaaS, data, analytics, or technology domains.

• Proficient understanding of APIs, data systems, integrations, and cloud-based architectures like Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent platforms.

• Proven ability to independently deliver high-quality technical implementation work on intricate projects.

• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical work, recommendations, and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and other business or client-facing areas.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and adjusting to rapidly changing requirements and priorities.

• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a growth mindset.

• Proficient in utilizing AI-enabled development tools and workflows for engineering, automation, debugging, and operational tasks.

• Experience in orchestrating multi-step AI or agent-driven workflows, including the selection of appropriate models, tools, and execution patterns.

• Sound judgment in reviewing and enhancing AI-assisted outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural fit.

• Experience in creating or maintaining prompts, evaluation frameworks, technical documentation, or operational context systems.

• Familiarity with automated evaluation and feedback loops for AI-enabled systems and workflows.

• Must have a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

• Currently residing in Latin America.
