Implementation Engineer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and implement AI agent solutions tailored to their specific needs.

• Assist customers with the technical setup, encompassing integrations, configurations, and workflow enhancements.

• Resolve implementation challenges and offer innovative solutions to intricate customer issues.

• Act as a liaison between external and internal stakeholders, connecting customer points of contact with internal product and tech teams for integrations and deployments.

• Manage ticketing by addressing escalations and fulfilling administrative ticket SLAs with the support of the solutions team.

• Develop expertise in conversational AI by proactively analyzing customer data, proposing solutions, and recommending next steps to enhance value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or possess 1 year of experience in a comparable role.

• Technical curiosity - comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and eager to learn new technologies (development skills not required).
