Implementation Engineer – ERP Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Execute integrations between Canals and partner systems, including ERPs (Eclipse, P21, Infor, SAP, Acumatica), utilizing standardized templates and API credentials.

• Become a subject-matter expert in ERP systems, gaining an understanding of how each manages data, access, authentication, and configuration.

• Participate in pre-sale discovery calls to assess feasibility and address ERP-related technical inquiries.

• Oversee post-sale integration activities: gather access information, set up endpoints, test APIs to establish new data integrations, and confirm end-to-end data flow.

• Resolve integration-related issues, escalating to the Lead Support Engineer or Engineering team when necessary.

• Engage in customer onboarding and go-live discussions as the technical lead for the integration process.

• Record integration procedures, ERP specifics, and best practices for both internal and customer reference.

• Collaborate closely with teams in Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless integration launches.

• Occasionally assist with support tasks (Zendesk) as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 2–4 years of experience in a technical implementation, technical account management, integrations, or customer engineering role within a SaaS organization.

• Enthusiasm for working directly with clients, managing implementations, and troubleshooting integration challenges.

• Knowledge of APIs, REST endpoints, authentication methods, and JSON payloads.

• Familiarity with ERPs or a strong eagerness to gain in-depth knowledge of systems like Eclipse, P21, and Infor.

• Excellent communication skills — capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with a high level of ownership.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
