This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and manage project activities, which include monitoring deployment progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Support and guide clients in deploying and operationalizing the IDP solution.
• Conduct weekly technical and project management meetings with clients to review status, address technical inquiries/issues, etc.
• Create documentation for troubleshooting guides, knowledge bases, and steps for problem resolution.
• Offer best practice recommendations and knowledge transfer to clients to promote product adoption.
• Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams and leadership to escalate client issues to support and product teams.
• Provide exceptional technical and customer support to clients across various industries worldwide.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Field Engineer/Technical Customer Success/Post-Sales Engineer, delivering hands-on support for enterprises of all sizes.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in Networking, Microsoft Windows Servers, and Active Directory (having Microsoft MVP status with a focus on Active Directory is highly preferable).
• Familiarity with protocols such as Kerberos, LDAP/S, and NTLM.
• Understanding of security or networking solutions, particularly in the UEBA, SIEM, IAM, or PAM domains.
• Knowledge of virtual and public/private cloud deployments (including HyperV, VMware ESXi, AWS, GPC, and Azure).
• Experience in enterprise security-related roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize and deliver effective solutions.
• Proficient in documenting technical issues and offering guidance to technical teams and clients.
• Excellent presentation skills; capable of communicating professionally in front of diverse audiences (technical, management, c-suite, etc.).
