πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee and manage the implementation initiatives by ensuring the organization adheres to the established workplan.

β€’ Recognize and initiate collaborative teams from both the company and the client to conduct pre-sales and/or implementation opportunity assessments.

β€’ Develop medical policies, integrate applications, set up invoicing, conduct configuration testing and interfaces, and provide training to end users.

β€’ Act as a pivotal collaboration facilitator, coordinating and documenting strategic meetings across medical policy, technology, communication, finance, and testing sectors.

β€’ Provide weekly updates on progress against key milestones, upcoming activities, and potential issues.

β€’ Build and maintain exceptional professional relationships within each client department engaged in pre-sales implementation support activities.

β€’ Identify avenues to broaden the scope of our business relationship with clients and relay these opportunities to the Implementation Services VP and/or AVP for further action.

β€’ Ensure that client operational cycles are comprehended and effectively supported by the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree.

β€’ PMP Certification is preferred.

β€’ Knowledge of Health Claims systems, including any of the following: Facets, Paradigm/Diamond, Amisys or Amisys Advance, QMacs/QNXT, QCare.

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in program and complex project management, matrix management, client-facing service delivery, health plan systems delivery, and custom or packaged application delivery.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).

β€’ Professional ability to manage and protect confidential information appropriately.

β€’ Strong capability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.

β€’ Skilled in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.

β€’ Ability to navigate within a matrix organization.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ Must possess the ability to manage and handle stress positively, including high workloads and frequent changes.

β€’ Willingness and flexibility to engage in the work processes of an international organization, including participating in conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones.
