This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire implementation lifecycle for a range of enterprise health system accounts, including project kickoff, technical integration coordination, workflow configuration, training, go-live, user adoption, and success evaluation.
• Develop and manage implementation project plans, timelines, and risk registers.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure commitments are realistic and deliveries remain on schedule.
• Cultivate relationships with executive, user, and clinical stakeholders, including CIOs, supply chain VPs, CFOs, and project sponsors.
• Provide status updates and manage escalations effectively.
• Make decisions regarding scope and timeline tradeoffs, and take responsibility for the rationale behind them.
• Oversee action plans and internal communication for scopes of work that differ from Clarium's core offerings.
• Ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Success team for ongoing account management.
• 4-8+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or technical onboarding.
• Substantial experience in healthcare, health systems, or complex enterprise SaaS environments.
• Direct, hands-on involvement with enterprise-scale rollouts that involve multiple stakeholders and significant technical complexity.
• Working knowledge of health system IT and clinical operations.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR integrations, including Epic and Oracle Health/Cerner.
• Understanding of HL7/FHIR and file exchanges.
• Knowledge of hospital IT and clinical governance.
• Proven ability to create implementation plans, risk frameworks, and status reports.
• Capacity to develop and standardize elements of Clarium's implementation playbook.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
