Implementation Coordinator, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for new SMB clients throughout the implementation process.

• Assist customers with the initial setup of hardware/software and provide system training to ensure timely onboarding and product utilization.

• Track customer progress and activities to guarantee product adoption and prompt activation.

• Work together with support, engineering, sales, and product management teams to address complex challenges and enhance customer experience.

• Manage a high volume of phone calls and email inquiries.

• Foster customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer service.

• Establish relationships with clients and add value during the initial 90 days of their experience with Motive.

• Inform customers about the benefits of Motive products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position (sales and/or support).

• Proficiency in Salesforce and capability to utilize data for developing engagement strategies.

• Clear comprehension of what success means for both customers and Motive.

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail and professionalism.

• Capacity to build and nurture relationships with clients and their key personnel.

• Solid business acumen, including skills in project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytics.

• Candidate must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

• Experience in documentation, data analysis, reporting, SQL, and Salesforce is advantageous.

• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
