Implementation Consultant, German Fluency

📋 Description

• Act as the Samsara advisor, overseeing the implementation of Samsara technology for clients, ensuring they achieve swift value from their investment.

• Facilitate solution workshops to create L1 processes for business operations.

• Assist clients in navigating change management processes, which include policies, communication, and training.

• Conduct training sessions, showcase Samsara’s technology, and address challenges faced by executives and daily users across various use cases.

• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally to provide an outstanding experience for our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding capacity. Experience with enterprise SaaS and hardware is preferred.

• Strong project management abilities with a capability to adhere to methodologies.

• At least 2 years of experience supporting or working with technical products.

• Solutions-focused with robust problem-solving and project management skills.

• Exceptional consultative abilities with experience in comprehensive system implementations.

• Experience managing more than 20 implementations/projects simultaneously.

• Proven history of establishing trust and effectively communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders: executives, senior management in Product and Engineering, and daily users of our software.

• A passion for exceeding expectations, taking initiative, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in both English and German (spoken and written) is a mandatory requirement for this role.
