Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Overseeing customer implementation projects from initial phases to successful adoption and completion.

• Cultivating strong relationships with clients and acting as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.

• Conducting discovery sessions and workshops to gain insights into customer processes, needs, and goals.

• Delivering compelling product demonstrations, training sessions, and implementation workshops.

• Developing and managing implementation plans, milestones, and project activities.

• Configuring the SFG20 platform to meet the agreed-upon customer requirements.

• Analyzing, preparing, and importing customer data using Microsoft Excel.

• Offering practical guidance and support to assist customers in overcoming implementation challenges.

• Collaborating with colleagues across Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Capturing requirements, documenting project activities, and sharing outcomes of the implementation.

• Identifying opportunities for enhancing implementation processes, customer journeys, and operational methods.

• Investigating and utilizing new technologies, automation, and AI-driven tools that can enhance productivity, quality, or customer results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in implementing SaaS or B2B software solutions in a client-facing capacity.

• Proven experience guiding clients through software implementation projects from discovery to go-live.

• Ability to gather requirements and convert business needs into actionable software solutions.

• Strong project coordination and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.

• Confidence in facilitating meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

• A commitment to continuous improvement and a readiness to learn and adopt new technologies.

• Desirable Experience: Familiarity with Facilities Management, Asset Management, or Built Environment software solutions; Knowledge of CAFM, CMMS, IWMS, or similar platforms; Understanding of building maintenance, statutory compliance, or asset management processes; Experience with CRM or project management systems; Experience utilizing technology or AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, documentation, or customer results.
