Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for clients, ensuring a swift realization of value.

• Facilitate solution workshops to establish Level 1 business processes.

• Assist clients in navigating change management, encompassing policy formulation, communication strategies, and training sessions.

• Conduct training programs and showcase Samsara technology to both executives and everyday users.

• Address implementation challenges across various use cases.

• Manage multiple client engagements concurrently.

• Work collaboratively across departments, including Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

• Foster customer relationships and provide outstanding customer experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding specialist.

• Preferred experience in enterprise SaaS and hardware.

• Strong project management capabilities and adherence to established methodologies.

• At least 2 years of experience in supporting or working with technical products.

• Solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and project management expertise.

• Outstanding consultative skills and experience in complete system implementations.

• Proven experience in managing over 20 implementations/projects simultaneously.

• Established ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, senior management in Product and Engineering, as well as everyday software users.

• Self-starter with the capability to excel in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and German is essential.

• Experience in change management delivery is required.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI or automation in customer success workflows is preferred.
