This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Planning and scoping: Collaborate with the customer to determine the scope of the implementation, including timelines, budget, and resource needs. This includes developing a project plan and ensuring the project remains on schedule.

• Implementation: Accountable for working with client-side Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to comprehend, configure, and customize their business needs. Responsibilities include setting up user accounts, defining workflows, integrating with other systems, and testing the product. Additionally, prepare relevant data to demonstrate the complete business process and gather client feedback to implement necessary system adjustments.

• Training: Deliver training sessions to end-users and administrators on utilizing the SaaS product effectively.

• Support: Offer ongoing assistance to the customer, including troubleshooting issues and addressing inquiries.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the implementation, encompassing user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.

• Product management: Work alongside the product team to identify opportunities for product enhancement and contribute insights on product development based on client feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a full-time degree from an accredited institution.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Document Management, and Generation tools is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Implementation projects, including requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, conducting administration training, performing data migration, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• A dynamic individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and consultative abilities to engage and foster relationships with stakeholders from large organizations.

• Ability to successfully navigate challenges to deliver quality work while managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

• Capacity to collaborate with a large team to achieve common objectives.
