This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Consultants operate as part of a team or independently, delivering essential process evaluations, system design and configuration, infrastructure validation, system deployment, and user training while offering expertise in product knowledge.
• Support the planning and development of the implementation project plan to align with client expectations, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Assess current technology, systems, infrastructure, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with client personnel to ensure readiness for the deployment of Hyphen Solutions’ applications and assist in addressing any arising issues.
• Set up and configure Hyphen Solutions’ applications to fulfill the client's business requirements.
• Execute Conference Room Pilots to validate new business processes, system configurations, and integrations.
• Provide training to client personnel, which includes management and field users.
• Offer ongoing training and application support to users of the applications.
• Aid in identifying, tracking, and resolving issues that emerge throughout the implementation process.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships and communication with project team members during the implementation process.
• Comply with all policies and procedures of Hyphen Solutions as well as the implementation methodology and policies.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Capability to learn the necessary activities for implementing enterprise-level applications (ERP, CRM, or SCM).
• Proficiency in utilizing a process and change management-oriented implementation methodology.
• Ability to contribute to the creation and execution of new business processes and organizational roles and responsibilities.
• Strong professional skills, including the capacity to learn rapidly, adapt to various client situations, and aid in managing client expectations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the potential to develop robust Project Management skills.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing value to team projects and supporting the accomplishment of departmental goals.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 100%.
• Strong decision-making and issue resolution skills.
• Aptitude for acquiring industry knowledge quickly.
• This position requires extensive travel, up to 70%.
