This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate and communicate with the client after the sale to create an implementation plan for configuring a purchased Edifecs solution tailored to the client's specific requirements.
• Collaborate with the Edifecs Implementation Architect/Technical Project Manager to develop the architecture, implementation strategy/schedule, and operational plan.
• Install, upgrade, and configure Edifecs products for clients.
• Integrate Edifecs products with other software assets and processes for the client.
• Work closely with Client Services, Product, and Development team members to achieve development and configuration milestones.
• Create guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, and related components to fulfill client needs.
• Offer post-implementation support during the transition from implementation to maintenance.
• Deliver software and client-specific training and create training documentation.
• Mentor and train internal teams on Edifecs products and customized client components.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for customers on purchased Edifecs products and solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field, or equivalent experience in implementing and managing Java stack-based enterprise applications.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise software solution implementation.
• More than 5 years of experience managing, developing, and deploying Java or Middleware-based applications.
• Familiarity with webMethods, IBM WebSphere, TIBCO Business Works, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle GlassFish, Oracle JCaps, and similar platforms.
• Over 5 years of experience utilizing software life-cycle methodologies such as waterfall and agile scrum for product development.
• 5+ years of experience with software engineering tools for configuration management, defect tracking, and unit testing.
• More than 3 years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping and analysis.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%-15% of the time.
• Strong communication skills for information exchange.
• Ability to evaluate the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned tasks.
• Capability to maintain a stationary position, often standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Proficiency in performing repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
• Must be able to establish a dedicated, secure workspace.
• Must provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and maintain an office setup.
