Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Delivery Practice Manager, the Implementation Consultant is meticulous, skilled in converting business requirements into solution configurations, and an exceptional communicator and presenter.

• You will focus on validating customer requirements and transforming them into an efficient process within the Clariti Solution.

• You will collaborate with a team comprising both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner resources dedicated to successful project implementations and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• You will be adept and self-assured in navigating and configuring our solution, as well as demonstrating proof-of-concept and final solution deliverables to Clariti, partners, and customer audiences.

• You will be integral to delivering our solution implementations by utilizing your expertise in the Clariti solution and various implementation methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience.

• Proven experience as a lead, BA, or consultant in implementation or configuration projects with Salesforce, or with other tools in the permitting domain.

• Capable of interpreting user requirements from the current state to future state based on customer interviews.

• Salesforce Admin Certification or a commitment to obtain it within 12 months from the date of hire.

• Experience leading implementations with clients or collaborating with partners/system integrators.

• Familiarity with working in an Agile or “modified-Agile” environment.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.

• An AI-curious mindset with a demonstrated interest or experience in applying AI tools to enhance implementation workflows and project delivery.
