Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct the gathering of business and technical requirements, discover use cases, and analyze platforms.

• Act as the main day-to-day liaison for clients, third-party vendors, partners, and internal project stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to create estimates and comprehensive implementation solution plans.

• Lead all implementation and integration initiatives.

• Establish and document best practices while contributing to the organization's knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Identify and clarify integration points with third-party solutions.

• Specify and document the tools and technologies utilized for implementing Aria.

• Conduct problem analysis by identifying root causes, outlining resolution options, and taking necessary actions to address issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, PHP, Perl, and SQL.

• Familiarity with various UML forms and proficiency in developing use cases, class diagrams, and occasionally state diagrams.

• Significant experience with enterprise-level systems and cloud eCommerce platforms.

• Current understanding of market trends along with a strong interest in following emerging technologies.

• Excellent collaboration skills within a team environment.

• Demonstrated success in cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (typically less than 25%).
