Implementation Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for engaging in the review and validation of all raw materials.

• Tasked with ensuring that system configurations are completed in line with requirements documentation.

• Provide support and adhere to key process workflows for Annual Enrollment, New Services Implementation, as well as the system build requirements for Acquisitions and Divestitures.

• Conduct self-quality assurance on all system build tasks.

• Develop and adhere to global process documentation, reporting any inconsistencies found.

• Maintain daily communication with relevant internal partners involved in ongoing projects or assignments.

• Diligently monitor capacity and productivity metrics through effective task updates.

• Review outstanding tasks on a daily basis; prioritize assignments and escalate issues when necessary.

• Address any escalated or global challenges related to system builds for clients.

• Actively participate in training sessions regarding new system functionalities and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration plan configuration.

• Proficient in SQL, MS Access, and advanced Excel skills are preferred.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capable of comparing large data sets, organizing data, and summarizing findings.

• Skilled in gathering business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
