Implementation Business Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with public safety agencies to identify operational requirements, design effective solutions, and configure software systems.

• Work alongside customers to tailor systems that meet desired business outcomes.

• Gather customer insights and desired results for business process documentation, including user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.

• Identify intricate business needs and provide clarity and structure to those requirements.

• Partner with Technical Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and implement effective solutions.

• Evaluate the impact and feasibility of proposed solutions, assess alternatives, and deliver outcomes for agencies.

• Design, conduct, and document functional and user acceptance testing, as well as training sessions.

• Convert complex business requirements into technical configurations.

• Implement Axon best practices in software configurations.

• Address technical issues and maintain continuity in the environmental structure.

• Report directly to the Manager of Business Analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in SaaS implementation.

• Background in or experience with Law Enforcement.

• Proven experience in managing process improvements or facilitating change management within teams.

• Demonstrated ability to think outcome-driven and make difficult trade-off decisions.

• Self-motivated individual who excels at problem-solving and embraces uncertainty.

• Willingness to lead company-wide initiatives across various departments.

• Technical delivery experience and/or knowledge of coding languages.

• Must successfully pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.

• Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information.

• Position is remote from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, or Metro Saint Paul, Minnesota.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% as required.
