
Implementation Analyst – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ingest and transform extensive (over 1 million rows) and intricate datasets from various disorganized sources.
• Take ownership of data validation and comprehensive QA throughout the entire pipeline: from inputs to transformations, model outputs, and customer-facing deliverables.
• Develop and validate scenarios and outputs to guarantee precision and dependability.
• Examine edge cases, identify data quality challenges, and collaborate with engineering to resolve them at the source.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define and enhance data workflows.
• Participate in customer calls with senior leadership, including VP+ and C-suite executives at our 3PL and retail clients; interpret their data realities into Rivora workflows.
• Create the playbook for delivering Rivora to enterprise customers as we expand.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in implementation, data analysis, analytics engineering, or operations roles where you managed data quality from start to finish.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel. Familiarity with Python or similar languages is essential. Comfortable with contemporary data stack technologies.
• Proven capability to oversee data quality and validate outputs across the entire process.
• Exposure to product operations or roles with a heavy focus on QA.
• Experience with data-driven products or platforms.
• Capability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both client-facing and stakeholder-facing environments.
• You feel energized, not frustrated, when the product doesn't yet meet customer needs. You enjoy the challenge of finding solutions!
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or parcel shipping is a plus.
• Contract role (30–40 hours per week)
• PST working hours
