This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identifying and establishing connections with GEM missionaries operating within their designated zone.

• Acquainting oneself with the locations of these missionaries, understanding their ministries, and knowing their partners.

• Keeping an updated roster containing this information.

• Staying abreast of trends, training opportunities, and developments in Europe that are relevant to their zone.

• Collecting and creating systems for disseminating resources that can educate, inform, and empower missionaries working in their zone, as well as assist them in evaluating their efforts.

• Acting as a resource and support for missionaries within their zone.

• Serving as a recognized in-house reference and expert for GEM leadership regarding their zone.

• Participating in an annual in-person meeting with fellow Impact Zone Leaders and the president of GEM, along with monthly virtual meetings with the Impact Director and other Impact Zone Leaders.

• Preparing and submitting a monthly activity report to the Impact Zone Director.
