This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tanzania.
β’ Oversee partnerships with waste management organizations in Tanzania, Egypt, and partially in Indonesia.
β’ Organize waste collection and ensure social compliance processes align with CleanHub standards.
β’ Develop and execute track-and-trace processes for various projects.
β’ Coordinate and communicate with brand customers regarding site visits.
β’ Relay partner updates and feedback to the CleanHub team.
β’ Travel as necessary to visit project locations.
β’ Strong communication skills in English.
β’ Proficiency in Swahili.
β’ Must reside in Tanzania.
β’ Willingness to travel locally to project and partner sites.
β’ 3β4 years of relevant professional experience (such as project coordination, sustainability, community or field work, or a related field).
β’ Capability to work independently and showcase a proactive approach to problem-solving.
β’ Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Competence in collaborating with a remote, multicultural team.
β’ Must have access to a stable internet connection.
β’ A genuine interest in waste management and an understanding of its challenges.
β’ A university degree or equivalent experience in any field; preference will be given to those in sustainable development, public policy, or environmental science.
β’ Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
β’ A brief cover letter in English is required.
