This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take on the technical leadership for the modules related to order management and budgeting.

• Collaborate closely with software developers, testers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders.

• Capture, prioritize, and maintain requirements.

• Identify and design process improvements.

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.

• Inform clients and internal teams about new developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a real estate management professional or a degree with a focus on business or real estate management.

• Experience in the technical management of residential properties.

• Maintenance, project management, and coordination of contractors.

• Technical understanding.

• Knowledge of ERP systems.

• Proficient in German (C1).

• Fluent in English (at least B2).
