This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct consultations with potential clients and deliver clear, assured explanations of Manifest’s services and processes.
• Assess prospective clients for extraordinary abilities and high-skilled immigration pathways, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, and related categories.
• Communicate in a manner that is calm, professional, and supportive, even when clients may feel anxious or are unfamiliar with immigration terminology.
• Simplify complex legal concepts into accessible language for clients from various backgrounds and countries.
• Review client information during consultations, evaluate viability, and categorize case strength (e.g., strong / moderate / weak / unclear).
• Identify key indicators of high potential (e.g., strong publications, awards, high-profile work, competitive salary, media coverage, critical roles, memberships, judging, original contributions).
• Spot common red flags, missing information, credibility concerns, or elements that could weaken case strategy.
• Provide clear guidance on next steps, including whether a client should proceed, adjust their approach, or not continue.
• Make prompt, sound judgment calls regarding fit and communicate decisions with clarity and empathy.
• Document clear consultation notes and recommendations in the firm’s systems.
• Ensure lead data is accurate and consistent to facilitate follow-up and subsequent workflows.
• Maintain organized records to ensure that nothing is overlooked.
• Monitor and highlight high-priority candidates or urgent cases.
• Over 5 years of legal practice experience, with substantial exposure to U.S. business immigration.
• Strong understanding of extraordinary ability and high-skilled categories, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, and related strategies.
• Quick learner. You stay informed about changing government policies and can swiftly assess the potential real-life impacts of proposed policies or regulations on applicants.
• Deep comfort in rapidly and accurately assessing candidacy across diverse professional profiles.
• Exceptional communication abilities. You are articulate, warm, confident, and precise.
• Strong judgment and triage skills: you can quickly interpret a profile, evaluate case strength, and suggest the appropriate next step.
• Highly personable and emotionally intelligent. You excel at building trust quickly and ensuring clients feel heard.
• Capability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms to clients.
• Organized and dependable.
