
Immigration Paralegal, Mandarin Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Prepare, organize, and submit immigration petitions, applications, and relevant supporting documentation.
• Draft and assess legal documents, declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and correspondence pertaining to immigration issues.
• Interact with clients in both Mandarin and English to collect information, provide updates on cases, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain well-organized and precise digital case files to facilitate efficient case tracking and document management.
• Oversee and update CRM and case management systems, including tools such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com.
• Monitor filing deadlines, track case progress, and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal support staff on case preparation, strategy formulation, and workflow management.
• Leverage legal technology and AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency, organization, and overall case management processes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration law (mandatory).
• Law degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, written and verbal (mandatory).
• Experience with legal case management and CRM systems such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com.
• Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Capability to work independently while maintaining a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• High proficiency in using AI tools to enhance work output and efficiency is strongly preferred.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup (mandatory).
