IDM Support Engineer – Fluent English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as an IDM Support Engineer for a significant LATAM project.

• Deliver support, maintenance, and advancement of Identity Management and Cybersecurity environments.

• Work in partnership with global, multidisciplinary teams to address issues.

• Proficient English is required for communication with international teams and stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Oversee Identity Management environments and associated infrastructure.

• Diagnose and resolve incidents and challenges related to identity management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and maintain credentials and endpoints.

• Provide level 2 and 3 support in production environments.

• Offer technical assistance and IAM best practices to internal and external clients.

• Engage in application integrations within access request and governance frameworks.

• Create and maintain workflows, custom connectors, and automations.

• Conduct troubleshooting in Linux, Windows, middleware, Apache, and load balancer environments.

• Collaborate on security practices, authentication, access controls, and compliance efforts.

• Document technical processes, implementations, and operational procedures.

• Stay updated with security, Identity Management trends, and market best practices.

• Familiarity with application integrations and Access Request frameworks.

• Knowledge of the support and maintenance of identity management environments.

• Development experience with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Python, and XML.

• Understanding of Linux and Windows platforms.

• Experience with middleware, Apache, and load balancers.

• Background in developing workflows and custom connectors.

• Knowledge of authentication, data security, and access controls.

• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Relevant certifications in Identity Management administration are a plus.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
