This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the technical and administrative aspects of RCS brand onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration with carrier ecosystems.
• Coordinate the registration processes across the entire US messaging ecosystem, which includes 10DLC (A2P), Toll-Free, and Short Code campaigns.
• Lead the submission, vetting, and approval workflows to reduce time-to-market while maintaining strict compliance with carrier guidelines and industry regulations.
• Manage daily interactions with Tier 1 global carriers and aggregators, negotiating directly to address any vetting disputes.
• Collaborate closely with other Regional Specialists to monitor and interpret changing regulatory requirements, proactively updating internal compliance standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends in rejections and drive automation projects that minimize manual processing time.
• Contribute to and maintain "Golden Standard" documentation for carrier requirements, ensuring a single source of truth for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to enhance the onboarding process, particularly for high-value enterprise clients.
• Mentor junior analysts by providing guidance on complex edge cases and upholding quality standards throughout the team.
• Conduct operational reviews using data to report on volume, timelines, and vendor performance to leadership.
• A minimum of 3 years of Operations experience in Telecom or CPaaS, with a specialized focus on the RCS (Rich Communication Services) ecosystem, including brand verification and RBM agent onboarding.
• Extensive knowledge of US Carrier Operations and CTIA Messaging Principles, managing the complete registration lifecycle for 10DLC, Toll-Free, and Short Codes through both manual and API-based network registration workflows.
• Strong understanding of the telephony ecosystem (A2P vs P2P) and regional regulations.
• Proven ability to work independently, investigate root causes, and suggest process improvements without needing direction.
• High proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and capable of managing large datasets; familiarity with SQL or JIRA is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, able to summarize complex technical issues for stakeholders in APAC, EMEA, and the US.
• A resilient, problem-solving attitude, comfortable managing ambiguity in a fast-paced regulatory landscape.
