Identity Governance & Administration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain identity governance solutions.

• Automate the management of identity lifecycles, conduct access certifications, and generate compliance reports across enterprise systems.

• Configure and oversee IGA platforms.

• Create workflows for provisioning and deprovisioning.

• Implement access controls based on roles.

• Assist with access certification initiatives.

• Integrate IGA solutions with enterprise applications.

• Generate reports for compliance and auditing purposes.

• Resolve issues related to identity governance.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.

• Familiarity with identity lifecycle management principles.

• Understanding of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with Active Directory and LDAP.

• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Java.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in IAM/IGA.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Must be qualified to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance.

• Must adhere to all customer background investigation prerequisites.

• Willingness to participate in scheduled maintenance periods.

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended durations.
