Identity and Directory Management Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, administration, management, execution, and maintenance of GSA’s Identity & Directory Management Services (IDMS).

• Oversee Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions.

• Execute directory services management, ICAM, privileged account management, and Single Sign-On (SSO) functionalities.

• Manage Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS) services, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• Conduct auditing and log management, and oversee appliances.

• Possess hands-on experience with cloud computing services (O365/Microsoft Azure/AWS).

• Participate in network architecture activities.

• Employ PowerShell, Java, and .NET scripting.

• Grasp Zero Trust principles.

• Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, or ticketing systems.

• Provide on-call rotation support regularly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Public Trust Clearance by the start date.

• ITILv4 Foundation Certification is required, which may be obtained within 120 days post-hire.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting IDMS systems within a large enterprise environment.

• Proven experience in supporting PKI.

• Prior experience with Microsoft Active Directory support.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fully or partially remote setting with minimal supervision, and may oversee or lead others.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, exhibiting the ability to effectively interact with all staff levels and clients.

• Must maintain standard working hours as per the DIGIT contract and be available for meetings and collaborative efforts during these hours.

• Proven ability to apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and significant assignments, utilizing practical experience and training to determine task execution.
