ICF Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee patient-focused medical writing initiatives with an emphasis on Informed Consent Forms (ICFs)

• Manage intricate projects, interact with clients, and guarantee impeccable delivery and quality of documentation

• Create and modify project plans and timelines

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams

• Track project development and provide regular status updates

• Guide junior team members and ensure adherence to quality standards

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA (preferably in a scientific discipline) with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 6 years of applicable experience

• Proven experience in managing medical writing or clinical projects

• Background in the pharmaceutical/CRO sector

• Ideally, experience in medical writing (Regulatory and/or plain language)
