ICF MCC Certified Coach, Political Affairs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guiding clients in organizational growth and strategic support

• Analyzing organizational frameworks and proposing enhancements

• Recording processes and performing evaluations

• Creating and leading workshops and meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

• Certification in coaching is required (ICF MCC)

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH DOD SES

• A minimum of 10 years in coaching and facilitation

• Experience in a consultative role on government contracts

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required
