ICF MCC Certified Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide clients with coaching, organizational development, and strategic support for company transformation initiatives.

• Analyze, review, and interpret intricate documents.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational structures, initiatives, programs, and processes.

• Document procedures utilizing process improvement methodologies.

• Design and lead workshops, focus groups, workgroups, and strategic planning sessions.

• Create agendas, meeting minutes, summaries, and After-Action Reports.

• Formulate change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.

• Craft narratives and visual representations using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other graphic formats.

• Develop communication strategies and both internal and external communication materials.

• Execute 360 assessments.

• Offer executive coaching and team coaching.

• Provide actionable feedback to coaches regarding behaviors, decisions, and team dynamics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree is mandatory.

• An MA/MS degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• A coaching certification is required (ICF MCC).

• At least 10 years of experience as a coach and facilitator.

• Experience working on government contracts in a consultative capacity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is essential.

• Experience in executive-level coaching, consulting, or a related field.

• Familiarity with 360 and other psychometric assessments.
