ICAM Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs, courses, and materials for ICAM.

• Perform training needs assessments to pinpoint knowledge gaps and necessary training.

• Produce a variety of training materials, including courses, sessions, modules, and guides.

• Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions regarding ICAM platforms, services, and processes.

• Establish and keep an extensive ICAM training curriculum and catalog.

• Collaborate with ICAM engineers and specialists to ensure the accuracy of training content.

• Create and sustain training environments that promote hands-on learning.

• Implement and oversee a training content lifecycle management process.

• Design and conduct training assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.

• Oversee and manage a Learning Management System (LMS).

• Develop and monitor training metrics and KPIs for reporting purposes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Communications, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or technical training delivery within an enterprise IT or federal government setting.

• At least 2 years of experience in developing or delivering training for identity and access management platforms, cybersecurity technologies, or enterprise IT systems, particularly in a federal government or DoD context.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English, both written and verbal.

• Proven experience in designing and developing a diverse array of training deliverables.

• Strong capability to conduct training needs assessments effectively.

• Experience in delivering engaging training sessions on technical IT or cybersecurity subjects.

• Familiarity with Okta and/or SailPoint platform functionalities.

• Experience in creating and managing training content using e-learning authoring tools.

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
