ICAM Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead and support initiatives in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) for government clients.

• Manage the daily operations and execution of ICAM program activities.

• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to ICAM.

• Spearhead the development and implementation of ICAM strategies.

• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

• Work collaboratively with government stakeholders to define ICAM requirements.

• Supervise the integration of ICAM solutions with current enterprise systems.

• Monitor and evaluate program performance consistently.

• Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity frameworks.

• Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Assist in crafting ICAM-related policies and procedures.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) or related cybersecurity areas.

• At least 3 years in a program management or leadership position supporting federal government IT programs.

• Experience with Okta and SailPoint.

• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• In-depth knowledge of federal ICAM frameworks.

• Proven experience in managing and implementing enterprise identity solutions.

• Familiarity with directory services.

• Working knowledge of identity federation protocols.

• Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles.

• Experience with PIV/CAC credentialing.

• Strong grasp of cybersecurity frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Active Secret Clearance.
