This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborates closely with the Account Manager to ensure effective case coverage and optimal clinical outcomes for patients.
• Acts as the primary clinical resource and expert for Structural Heart implanting centers.
• Delivers technical support consistent with the Instructions for Use and best practices to promote procedural consistency and superior clinical results.
• Participates in and facilitates educational and training sessions for physicians, hospital support staff, and Haemonetics personnel.
• Remains informed about and communicates clinical data related to Haemonetics' product portfolio.
• Exhibits the capability to connect clinical data to essential messaging.
• Collaborates and shares account details and other requested information daily with the local sales manager.
• Provides assistance on inquiries regarding device suitability and offers comprehensive technical support, including expertise in imaging modalities, EKG, blood pressure, hemodynamic waveforms, and ancillary procedural solutions.
• Develops and maintains extensive knowledge of clinical and technical product offerings.
• Recognizes and comprehends competitive products, industry trends, and Haemonetics' offerings.
• Oversees local educational and training initiatives, including program coordination, procedural troubleshooting, and staff education facilitation.
• Identifies, establishes, and nurtures productive relationships with key decision-makers, customers, their teams, and administrative personnel.
• Aids in monitoring product inventory levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science (Required).
• Preferred medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical tech, RN, NP, or first assistant).
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong clinical orientation with experience in products utilized in interventional cardiology, structural heart procedures, electrophysiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery preferred.
• Background in the cardiac cath lab environment or as a scrub nurse/tech for Structural Heart procedures is preferred.
