This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct internal data and image capture on wind turbine blades utilizing crawler and humanized methodologies (manual/assisted inspection) in alignment with the project scope.
• Offer field support to subcontractors during internal inspection operations (crawler and humanized), ensuring compliance with safety protocols and standards.
• Execute pre-evaluation/pre-processing of gathered material (crawler and humanized): verify coverage, focus, lighting, sequence, file integrity, and any other necessary quality parameters.
• Assess and confirm the quality of data/images obtained by subcontractors, requesting corrections or recaptures when needed.
• Organize, label, and send validated material to the analysis team, ensuring traceability (turbine/blade/face, dates, field observations).
• Provide comprehensive and constructive feedback to the product and engineering teams regarding Zeitview or other OEM technologies.
• Establish the collection strategy for projects based on specific project requirements.
• Plan and support the development of operational training and workflows.
• Communicate with local stakeholders to ascertain operational needs.
• Travel to and from remote job sites across LATAM.
• Experience in conducting internal inspections of wind turbines and blades.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
• GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certification - mandatory.
• CNH - B (driver's license) - mandatory.
• ART certification – highly desirable.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Experience in implementing and overseeing client Scope of Work (SOW) objectives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and individuals to reach consensus.
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work at elevated heights.
• Capable of working outdoors throughout the year.
