IAM Manager, Cyber-AI Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish the IAM-AI solution architecture for IGA, AM/SSO, PAM, directory services, NHI, and security operations use cases.

• Convert client IAM issues into scalable workflows enabled by AI, PoCs, MVPs, and implementation strategies.

• Facilitate the secure integration of identity data, AI models, automation scripts, APIs, analytics, and cloud services to enhance IAM operations and risk visibility.

• Offer hands-on guidance utilizing Python, PowerShell, APIs, and automation techniques to validate and expedite solution delivery.

• Create AI-driven IAM use cases employing LLMs, RAG, agents, copilots, orchestration frameworks, and responsible AI guidelines.

• Implement AI/ML methodologies to aid access risk analysis, anomaly detection, role mining, certification insights, and privileged access intelligence.

• Assist in secure NHI and agent identity governance, encompassing discovery, inventory, authentication, authorization, and guardrails.

• Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, solution shaping, estimation, roadmap creation, and executive-level IAM-AI storytelling.

• Enhance PAM automation and analytics across CyberArk, privileged access patterns, session monitoring, password rotation, secrets management, and risk-based remediation.

• Generate client-ready insights and dashboards utilizing identity data, analytics, automation, and visualization tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity consulting, AI architecture, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics.

• In-depth knowledge of IAM domains, including IGA, AM/SSO, PAM, AD/Entra ID, NHI, lifecycle management, governance, provisioning, access reviews, and risk scoring.

• Practical understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, copilots, orchestration, embeddings, and cloud AI services.

• Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, APIs, automation scripts, data pipelines, and cloud-native integration techniques.

• Solid understanding of IAM protocols and controls, including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, Conditional Access, federation, authorization, and certificate/key management.

• Exceptional consulting, communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and executive storytelling abilities.

• Experience in Big 4, GDS, global delivery, or consulting-driven environments.

• Capability to develop PoC/MVP plans, architectural views, roadmap presentations, executive summaries, and client demonstrations.

• Familiarity with IAM modernization, NHI governance, privileged access transformation, AI adoption, and responsible AI controls.

• Relevant working knowledge or certifications in areas such as CISSP, CISM, Azure AI, Google ML, Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, or cloud security are preferred.
