IAM Identity Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee user identity lifecycle processes and policies, including onboarding, provisioning, role modifications, and de-provisioning.

• Administer access controls, ensuring appropriate role-based access for systems, applications, and data.

• Continuously monitor and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

• Implement identity governance policies to uphold least-privilege access standards.

• Document procedures for onboarding and offboarding user accounts.

• Work collaboratively with cybersecurity teams to enhance compliance and mitigate risks.

• Investigate and document incidents as they arise.

• Manage disaster recovery efforts and conduct failover practices to safeguard backup data centers.

• Engage daily with internal customers, including data centers, QA, and software teams, while fostering peer group relationships.

• Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, resolve escalated production problems, and report findings.

• Provide 24/7 on-call support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity Management.

• At least 5 years of experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems.

• Over 5 years of experience in Information Technology.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, PCI, and GDPR.

• Proficiency in incident control and management.

• Expertise in problem management.

• Skills in capacity management, including multitasking and managing workloads.

• Strong oral, written, presentation, and communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience in running and maintaining scripts using tools like PowerShell, Puppet, Chef, etc.
