This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop project plans and budgets while coordinating with GPS and client project managers as well as stakeholders.
• Establish and oversee the Certinia time tracking system to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Generate team forecasts and burn rate reports for leadership review.
• Create and assess standards and templates for project staffing and delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide estimates for both new and ongoing projects.
• Engage in the requirement gathering for an IAM technical vision that can be effectively communicated across functional groups, aligned with IAM projects, and promotes necessary business agility.
• Analyze and document both functional and nonfunctional requirements for various IAM domains, including Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, Reporting, and Analytics.
• Monitor internal projects related to all phases of practice work and evaluate project risks.
• Track hours and budgets on active projects to identify potential risks to budget and/or revenue estimates.
• Exhibit the ability to work autonomously with business stakeholders to develop both internal and external content.
• Communicate and interact effectively with both internal and external clients.
• Manage multiple workstreams across various projects.
• Proactively identify and address potential project delivery risks.
• Ensure that projects adhere to labor and quality standards for successful delivery.
• Embrace emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency, solve problems, and achieve improved business outcomes.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project/Program Management or as a Delivery Lead in large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing IAM programs (IGA, PAM, and Access Management) with tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, C1, Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, or Ping.
• Experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects, managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated expertise in project delivery, including estimates, planning, and deliverables, utilizing project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of both waterfall and agile development/delivery models.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Certinia.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to produce technical documentation and presentations.
• Ability to utilize tools to organize work for multiple teams and effectively display progress to leadership teams.
• Competence in creating workflows and diagrams using Visio or LucidChart.
• Capability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with executive teams on client projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
